Were it not for that famous Men In Black movie staring Will Smith, the Pug would have more than likely been no more popular a breed than is the “Wheaten Terrier.”  Since the movie did exist, however, pugs are one of the most widely recognized breeds of dogs there are.  And lucky for us, Pug Puppy’s are just absolutely adorable.  From the black pug’s soft eyes to the fawn pugs distinct black snout, the pug has to be one of our favorite breeds out there.   So why wouldn’t we share some pictures of a few cute pug puppies for you all? As a pug owner, the thing I love the most is their distinct curious head turn when they hear a noise or are called (see The Pug Head Tilt).  I love my cute little pug!

I am not usually a fan of pet clothing but pugs make every look so darn cute!  This cute pug puppy has his neck fat pushed out through a sweater.  Adorable!

This kitten has to be a Jedi master. There is no other explanation as to why he was able to avoid being eaten alive by this giant dog.  Watch as the kitty keeps his calm and causes the dog to abandon the scene.  Kind of scary that someone would let their kitten near this giant dog….glad the kitten had special Jedi powers.

Kittens are often portrayed in cartoons getting trapped in trees and having to rely on firemen to get them down.  You know the story, the little old lady stands on the sidewalk pointing up at the tree while the fireman swoops in and climbs the ladder to get kitty down.  Well, this video is a unique twist on that story as the kitten is the one climbing the ladder (and getting stuck).  Cute video of a kitten having to be rescued from the top of the ladder kitty climbed.

Check out these two cute videos of a baby and his cute boxer puppy playing. The boxer’s name is Linus and the first video is of him and the baby taken when the baby was an infant. The second video shows the much older boxer and much older baby playing with each other. The first video is titled “Linus the Boxer Loves his Baby” while the second is appropriately titled “Linus the Boxer Still Loves his Baby.” We love us some cute babies and cute boxers!!

Just got that cute puppy picked out from the litter? Great! Now all you need is a cute puppy name to match. Selecting a puppy name is like selecting the name for your baby, you are going to have to live with the name for the next 10-15 years (or longer if you are lucky) so better put some real thought into it and make it a good one. In selecting a puppy name, be sure to think through the following tips:

1. Easy to Learn:  Remember, whatever name you pick is something that your little pup will have to learn and respond to.  So, be sure to pick a name that is easy to learn.
2. Doesn’t Sound Like Common Sayings in your House:  Remember, your pup will come running whenever you say his name (or something that sounds close to it).  That being the case, be sure to pick a name that is easily distinguishable from common things you say on an everyday basis.  For example, if your hubby’s name is John by all means don’t name your puppy Don (or anything that sounds like John).  The last thing you want is the pup to come running every time you are screaming at your husband to take the trash out .
3. Cute: By all means, please please please pick a name that is cute!  You selected the most beautiful pup in the litter so be sure to give it a name that matches!
